Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unworn items with original tags still attached into the original shipping box or a secure alternative.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the exterior of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the journey back to our atelier.
